摘要
建筑造价管理不仅关系着建筑工程的投资效益，还关系着建筑工程能否得以顺利的进行，其影响整个工程的经济效益。本文对建筑工程造价控制问题进行了研究，并提出了一些有关加强建筑造价管理的对策。
The management of construction cost is not only related to the investment benefit, but also has relationship with the smooth construction of project, so it affected the economic benefit of the entire project. This paper has conducted the re- search to the cost control of construction project, and puts fo- rward some countermeasures on strengthening management of construction cost.
