摘要
本文基于项目成本控制理论，对当前我国建筑工程项目成本控制现状进行了分析，并提出了一些建筑工程项目成本管理措施。以期能够为我国建筑工程企业提供一定的指导，促进建筑行业的健康发展。
In this paper, based on the theory of project cost control, the author analyzed the cost control of current archit- ectural engineering project in our country, and put forward some measures of cost management of architectural engineer- ing project. These measures are respected to provide some gu- idance for construction enterprises in China and to promote the healthy development of the construction industry.
