摘要
本文简要分析了铁路轨道板生产方面建筑经济成本管理的含义，分析了对其进行经济成本管理的必要性，并深入探讨了现阶段中铁路轨道板生产经济成本管理中存在的问题。最后，对此类问题提出了改进措施。
This paper briefly analyzes the meaning of cost management of railway track plate production, analyzes its ne- cessity to economic costs for the management, and deeply dis- cusses the present problems of economic cost management of production of railway track plate. Finaly, the author proposed some measures are these kinds of problems.
