由于我国目前的城市化进程在不断加快和加深，这就使得我国在城市环境建设和改造力度上都在不断加大投入，但是由于园林规划的科学性和社会文化的协调性发展不平衡，导致园林施工的水平和技术有着很大的差别。

With the accelerating and deepening of urbanizat- ion in our country, our country are increasing investment in city environment construction and rehabilitation. But due to t- he imbalance between the scientific developments of landsca- pe planning and the coordination of social culture, the constr- uction level of gardens and technology have great diferences.
