施工组织设计管理是市政道路施工质量保障体系中最重要的环节，良好、有序的施工组织能够加快施工的进度，也能够提高工程施工的质量。本文针对施工组织对市政道路工程施工的重要性、对工程施工质量的影响，以及优化施工组织管理的几点问题进行了探讨和分析。

The construction organization design and manage- ment is the most important link to guarantee quality system of municipal road construction. A good, orderly construction org- anization can quicken the speed of construction and improve the quality of engineering construction. In this paper, the aut- hor has carried on the discussion and the analysis of the impo- rtance of the construction organization on municipal road con- struction project and its influence on construction quality, and a few points optimizing construction organization and manag- ement.
