浅谈企业物资采购招投标管理研究

如果用招投标工作来提升企业物资采购的实际效益，就要对招投标工作进行科学地管理。本文从当前企业的物资采购招投标管理的情况出发，对企业物资采购过程中的招投标管理进行了研究与分析，并提出了可行的改进办法。

If the bidding is used to improve the actual benefits of enterprise’s material purchasing, managers should carry on the scientific management of the bidding. This paper starting from the current management situation of the bidding of ent- erprise, carried out research and analysis of bidding managem- ent in the process of materials purchasing, and put forward some feasible improvement methods.
