摘要
G公司Y厂的易地技改项目工程量大,分解子项大约300多个,实施过程中,出现了项目的时间和成本难以控制的问题。应保证项目的工期,防止项目脱离原计划成本。本文以基于关键路径法的挣值法为理论依据,对项目的时间成本集成管理进行了研究。
The technological transformation project Y plant of G company has large work amount, which contains more than 300 items, so there is difficult to control the project time and cost problem in the process of implementation. So builders shal ensure the project’s duration and prevent the project cost more than that is planned. In this paper, based on the earned value method of the key path method, studied the time cost of integrated management of the project.
