随着国内火力发电建设市场趋于饱和，越来越多的国内电力建设公司将目光投向东南亚、中亚、非洲等市场。本文通过对焊工的考试及管理、技术支持、现场施工、质量验收等方面的探讨，希望能为印尼火力发电建设的焊接管理提供值得借鉴的经验。

As the domestic thermal power construction market becomes saturated, more and more domestic electric power co- nstruction companies atempt to open up markets in the Sout- heast Asia, Central Asia, Africa. In this paper, through the disc- ussion of the examination and management of welders, techni- cal support, site construction, quality inspection and other asp- ects, the author hoped to provide experience for welding ma- nagement of thermal power construction in Indonesia.
