快速的城市化进程和社会的发展推进着旧城改造的过程。为了保证旧城改造的顺利进行，公众参与旧城改造具有非常重要的意义。本对旧城改造中公众参与的机制进行了初步地设计研究，并提出了完善的建议。

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the transformation of the old city, the pu- blic participation in the transformation of the old city has a ve- ry important significance. This paper made a preliminary de- sign and study on the mechanism of public participation in the transformation of the old city, and put forward the perfecting suggestion.
