摘要
利用压缩试验机对高锰含量的Mn Ni(Cu)合金进行压力加载试验,研究了锰含量、铜含量对Mn Ni(Cu)合金伪弹性性能的影响。结果表明:Mn Ni(Cu)合金均表现伪弹性;对Mn Ni二元合金(Mn85Ni15,Mn82.2Ni17.8,Mn80Ni20)随着Ni含量的增加,合金伪弹性得到提高;以Cu来置换部分的Ni,Mn Ni Cu合金(Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2,Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4)的伪弹性会得到提高,但在Mn Ni Cu三元合金中,Cu置换Ni的比例越大,合金的伪弹性并未发生明显改变;Mn82.2Ni17.8、Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2及Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4合金的回复率均可达85%以上。
The pseudoelasficity of Mn-rich MnNi (Cu) alloy was investigated by compression test. The effects of Mn and Cu content on the pseduoelas ticity of MnNi(Cu)alloy were studied. The results show that MnNi (Cu) alloy presents pseudoelasticity; the pseudoelasticity of MnNi alloys (Mn85Ni15, Mn822Ni178, Mn80Ni20) increases with Ni content increasing; the pseudoelasticity of MnNiCu alloy (Mns22Ni158Cu2, Mn822Ni138Cu4) increases due to the addition of Cu element, while the pseudoelasticy improves little with more content of Cu; the recovery of Mn822Ni178, Mn822Ni158Cu2 and Mn822Ni138Cu4 can reach more than 85%.
