摘要 研究了不同Se、Te含量的Cu-Se、Cu-Te及Cu-Se-Te合金的干滑动摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜观察磨损面的形貌,利用能谱仪分析磨损面各区域成分,探究了添加元素、固溶时效以及摩擦速度对该合金摩擦系数、磨损率及磨损机理的影响。研究表明,在干滑动摩擦时,合金磨损机制以粘着磨损为主,同时存在氧化磨损;经固溶时效处理后,粘着磨损加重,并出现少量磨粒磨损。合金元素Se、Te可提高铜合金的耐磨性,当Se、Te添加量小于0.4%时,合金摩擦系数相对较稳定,耐磨性随元素添加量的增加而提高;当添加总量相同时,单独添加Te元素对铜合金耐磨性的优化效果更为显著。 The friction and wear properties of Cu-Se, Cu-Te and Cu-Se-Te alloys with different content of Se and Te under dry sliding condition were studied, The morphology and chemical composition of the wear surface were analyzed by SEM and EDS, thus, the effects of aging treatment and friction speed on the friction coefficient, wear rate and wear mechanism were discussed. The results show that during the process of dry sliding friction, the adhesive wear is the dominant mechanism, with oxidative wear coexisting. While for the alloys after aging treatment, the adhesive wear is intensified and a small quantity of abrasive wear appear. Se and Te could improve the wear resistance of copper alloys, when the adding content of alloy element is less than 0.4%, the friction coefficient of alloys tend to be stable and the wear resistance increases with the adding content increasing. When the total content of added elements are equal, the optimization effect of Te is best.
