摘要
采用不同温度对模具钢进行淬火处理,研究分析了淬火温度对模具钢组织、硬度和冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,当淬火温度为980~1160℃时,模具钢得到的淬火组织主要是马氏体和碳化物。当淬火温度升高时,模具钢的组织形态发生了明显的改变。在1100℃淬火时模具的硬度达到最高值58.6 HRC。在1080℃之前,随淬火温度的升高,模具钢的冲击韧度逐渐增大,当淬火温度为1080℃时模具钢的冲击韧度达到最大值186.2 J/cm^2。
Die steel was quenched at different temperatures. The effects of quenching temperature on the microstructure, microhardness and impact toughness of die steel were analyzed. The results show that when the quenching temperature is during 980 ℃ and 1160 ℃, there are mainly martensite, austenite and carbide in die steel group. The microstructure changes a lot with the increase of quenching temperature. The hardness reaches the maximum value of 58.6 HRC at 1100 ℃. The impact toughness increases with the quenching temperature increasing at 1080 ℃ When the quenching temperature is 1080℃, the impact toughness of steel reaches the maximum value of 186.2 J/cm2.
