摘要
对比了3种不同成品的真空热处理制度,分析了热处理参数对成品室温、高温力学性能及晶粒度的影响,并寻找出GH3600合金成品管材最佳的热处理工艺。通过实验得出,GH3600合金管材在真空退火炉中经900℃×30 min处理,可获得良好的室温、高温力学性能和晶粒度水平。
Vacuum heat treatment systems of three different kinds of finished products were compared, effects of heat treatment parameters on mechanical properties of finished product at room temperature and high temperature and grain size were analyzed, and the best heat treatment process of GH3600 alloy pipe was found out. The results show that the GH3600 alloy product can obtain good mechanical properties at room and high temperature and grain size after annealing at 900 ℃ for 30 min in vacuum annealing furnace.
