摘要
利用光学显微镜和力学性能测试设备对热轧态和3种不同热处理状态的10Mn Ni Cr钢的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,韧性较差的M-A岛是影响10Mn Ni Cr钢性能的关键,经回火或正火+回火热处理后,M-A岛大部分分解,使性能明显改善,正火+回火态钢板综合力学性能最佳,特别是其-40℃低温冲击韧度几乎是热轧态钢板的3倍,高达163J。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 10MnNiCr steel under hot-rolling and three different heat treatment states were studied by OM and mechanical testing facilities. The results indicate that M-A island which has poor toughness is the key to affect the properties of 10MnNiCr steel. After tempering or normalizing and tempering heat treatment, the properties improve obviously for the most M-A island is resolved, and the comprehensive mechanical property of normalizing and tempering state's steel is the best, especially the -40 ℃ low temperature dynamic ductility reaches 163 J, which is almost triple than that of hot-rolling state steel.
