摘要
对汽轮机阀壳及缸体用材ZGl5Crl Mo1V进行热处理机理分析,通过热处理试验研究,提出了一次奥氏体化工艺,改变了两次奥氏体化热处理的贯例,并采用鼓风强制冷却代替自然风冷却的新工艺方案,获得了理想的显微组织和优良的力学性能。
The mechanism of heat treatment of ZG15CrlMolV materials used for steam turbine valve shell and cylinder block was analyzed. Once austenitizing process was put forward through the experimental study on heat treatment. Twice austenitizing heat penetration case was changed, by taking the blast forced cooling instead of the natural wind cooling process. The ideal microstructure and excellent mechanical properties were obtained.
