摘要
研究了普通淬火油油温变化对60Si2Mn A钢淬透深度、拉伸性能和变形的影响。结果表明,油温在30℃时钢的淬透深度最大,50℃时钢的抗拉强度和淬火变形达到最大值,然后随油温升高而减小。
Effects of ordinary quenching oil temperature on quenching depth, tensile ability and distortion of 60Si2MnA steel were studied. The results show that quenching depth o fthe steel achieves the maximum with an oiltemperature of 30 ℃.
