华人集体主义再思考——差序格局规范下的集体主义认知与行为倾向

Rethink about the Chinese's Individual Collectivism Tendency: Collectivism-Oriented Cognition and Behavior Under the Norms of Ego-Centered Pattern of Difference Sequence

集体主义倾向作为个体的一个重要特质,不论是在管理实践中,还是理论探讨中,都受到了相当多的关注。东西方的学者从不同的角度对华人集体主义倾向做出了不同的解读。本文试图结合当代中国学者的研究,引入"差序格局"的判断规范来分析华人个体集体主义倾向的内在属性及其外在影响。本研究提出华人的集体主义是基于以个体为中心的差序格局规范下的集体主义认知与行为倾向,它是个体针对不同的群体关系(血缘、混合、经济)做出不同的集体主义行为选择的指引。依据上述研究结论,本研究对后续的有关集体主义倾向的研究提出了一定的理论参考和方向性建议。

As an important personality trait, collectivism has been paid increasing attention in real world managerial practices and theoretical exploration. Chinese＇ s collectivism tendency has aroused different interpretation from scholars home and abroad. Based on the study of domestic scholars, this research introduces the judgment criteria of the Pattern of Difference Sequence to analyze the connotation and impact of Chinese＇ s individual collectivism tendency. It argues that Chinese＇ s collectivism reveals collectivism-oriented cognition and behavior under the norms of egu-centered Pattern of Difference Sequence, which acts as the guidelines for individual to make different collectivism behavior corresponding to various community relationships （sib ship, mixed, economic）. Finally, this research contributes to the theoretical extension of collectivism tendency and provides future directions for further study.
