复方制剂联合化疗治疗原发性胃癌患者及对生活质量的影响

目的：对中药复方制剂联合化疗对原发性胃癌患者生活质量的影响进行探讨。方法：选取我院2009年7月~2014年6月收治的60例原发性胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用FOLFOX4方案进行化疗,治疗组患者则在此基础上加以中药复方,连续治疗21d为1个疗程,共进行2个疗程。对两组患者治疗过程中的毒副反应及治疗后的生活质量进行比较分析。结果：治疗后治疗组患者在躯体功能、社会功能、恶心呕吐、疼痛、气促、失眠、食欲不振、腹泻及总体健康状况的评分明显优于对照组,并且治疗过程中治疗组白细胞减少、手足综合征、恶心呕吐及腹泻的发生率较对照组明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药复方制剂联合化疗治疗原发性胃癌患者可一定程度上减少因化疗所致的毒副反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To discuss the influence of chinese herbal compound combined with chemotherapy for liv‐ing quality of patients with primary gastric cancer .Method：To select 60 cases of patients with primary gastric cancer in our hospital from July 2009 to June 2014 as the research subjects ,and randomLy divided into the observation group and control group ,each group was 30 cases .The control group was given chemotherapy by FOLFOX4 program ,the observa‐tion group was add treatment of chinese herbal compound on the base of the control group ,two groups treated continu‐ously for 2 courses ,each course was 21 days .Compared and analyzed the toxic and side effect in the therapeutic process and the living quality after treatment .Results ：The scores of physical function ,social function ,nausea ,vomiting ,pain , shortness of breath ,insomnia ,loss of appetite ,diarrhea ,and overall health of observation group were better than that of control group ,and the incidence of hypoleucocytosis ,hand‐foot syndrome ,nausea/vomiting and diarrhea were significantly reduced ,the differences were statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0 .05） .Conclusion：Chinese medicine compound combined with chemotherapy for patients with primary gastric cancer can certainly reduce the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy in‐duced ,and improve patient quality of life .
