胃苓汤加减治疗急性腹泻的临床观察

Clinical of acute diarrhea patients treated by Weiling decoction

目的：比较不同中成药辅助治疗急性腹泻的临床疗效,为临床提供最佳的治疗方案。方法：选择2010年3月~2013年5月来我院诊治的80例急性腹泻患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组,每组患者40例。治疗组患者给予胃苓汤治疗;对照组患者服用黄连素片治疗腹泻。观察比较两组患者治疗前后典型的临床症状的变化;分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗前,治疗组患者与对照组患者的临床特征无显著差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后,治疗组患者的肠鸣音、大便性状异常、腹痛、腹胀、里急后重、发热与呕吐等临床症状的例数及比例均较对照组患者的例数和比例显著降低,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;经过治疗,治疗组患者的总有效率为95.0%,较对照组患者的总有效率（67.5%）明显高,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：服用胃苓汤治疗急性腹泻患者,能够显著缓解肠鸣音、大便性状异常、腹痛、腹胀、里急后重、发热与呕吐等临床症状,明显提高临床治疗效果,均较使用黄连素片治疗较佳,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of different proprietary secondary treatment of acute di‐arrhea ,to provide the best clinical treatment options .Methods ：80 cases of acute diarrhea patients in March 2010 to May 2013 for treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,40 patients in each group .The experimental group were given Weiling decoction ;control group of patients taking berberine to treat diarrhea . Comparing two groups of patients before and after changes in the typical clinical symptoms;analysis of clinical outcomes of two groups of patients .Results ：Before treatment ,the patients in the experimental group had no significant difference （P〉 0 .05） and clinical characteristics of the patients in the control group;after treatment ,the patient＆#39;s bowel sounds in the experimental group ,stool abnormalities ,clinical abdominal pain ,bloating ,tenesmus ,fever and vomiting ,etc .the number and proportion of the number of cases of symptomatic patients than in the control group and significantly reduced the proportion of patients ,statistically significant （P 〈0 .05）;after treatment ,patients in the experimental group ,the total effective rate was 95 .0% ,compared with the control group of patients with total efficiency （67 .5% ） was signifi‐cantly higher ,with a significant difference （P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion ：Patients taking Weiling decoction acute diarrhea ,can significantly relieve bowel sounds ,stool abnormalities ,abdominal pain ,bloating ,tenesmus clinical symptoms such as fe‐ver and vomiting ,significantly improved clinical outcomes ,compared with the use of berberine better treatment ,is an i‐deal method of treatment .
