复方苁蓉益智胶囊对治疗血管性认知功能障碍的增效作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察复方苁蓉益智胶囊合用尼莫地平对血管性认知功能障碍疗效的增效作用。方法:把我院近1年门诊和住院部患者诊断为血管性认知功能障碍共60例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组服用尼莫地平,治疗组服用尼莫地平的同时联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊,为期3个月。对两组患者治疗后的精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)进行评分。结果:治疗后治疗组精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分较对照组提高,两组比较具有统计学的差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合尼莫地平能够改善患者日常生活能力和认知能力,对血管性认知功能障碍有效,优于单一使用尼莫地平。
