多发性骨髓瘤患者血清Cys-c VEGF及IL6水平检测的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of the Detection of Serum Cys-cVEGF and IL6 Levels for Multiple Myeloma Patients

目的：研究多发性骨髓瘤﹙MM﹚患者血清中Cys-C、VEGF及IL-6含量的变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法：全自动生化分析仪进行Cys-C检测。双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法﹙ELISA﹚检测90例多发性骨髓瘤患者及50例健康对照组血清中Cys-C、VEGF及IL-6含量，分析其与MM临床分期，肿瘤负荷的关系。结果：研究组患者血清中的Cys-c、VEGF和IL-6含量较正常对照组均明显升高，差异有显著性﹙P〈0.01﹚。随着临床分期增加，患者血清中的Cys-c、VEGF和IL-6含量递增趋势，各期间比较均有显著性差异﹙P〈0.01﹚。结论：MM患者血清中Cys-C、VEGF和IL-6的含量，可反映患者的肿瘤负荷，对MM病情的判断具有重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of cystatin-C、vascular endothelial growth factor ﹙VEGF﹚ and interleukin-6 ﹙IL-6﹚ level in multiple myeloma ﹙MM﹚. Methods： The cystatin-C level was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and the serum levels of VEGF and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in 90 patients with MM and 50 healthy controls. The relationship between the increased serum levels of these third cytokines and MM clinical stage. Results： The levels of serum Cys-C VEGF and IL-6 in multiple myeloma group were significantly higher than that in control group,which was statisticaly significant﹙P〈0.01﹚; The levels of serum Cys-C VEGF and IL-6 increased progressively according to clinic stages and it had significant difference among stages respectively ﹙P〈 0.01﹚. Conclusion： The levels of serum Cys-C VEGF and IL-6 has important significance to determine the condition of MM.
