摘要
目的考察口炎清及其组分对肠道部分优势菌群和条件致病菌以及口腔血链球菌和变链球菌生长的影响。方法以选择性培养基培养为基础的活菌计数法。结果 5%和10%的口炎清及其组分对葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌均有明显的抑制作用。5%和10%的口炎清及其组分对植物来源乳酸杆菌和人来源乳酸杆菌生长抑制效果不明显,只有10%山银花流膏有一定抑制效果。10%的山银花流膏、口炎清、玄参流膏对血链球菌和变链球菌有较明显的抑制作用。5%和10%的天冬麦冬流膏对双歧杆菌的生长有促进作用。结论口炎清及其组分对于葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、血链球菌、变链球菌有明显的抑制作用,而对乳酸杆菌抑制作用不明显,其中某些成分还有促进双歧杆菌生长作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kouyanqing and its ingredients on the growth of intestinal dominant flora and opportunistic pathogens Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sanguis in mouth. Methods Live bacteria counting method based on the selective medium. Results 5% and 10% Kouyanqing and its ingredients showed obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coll. The inhibitory effect of 5 % and 10% Kouyanqing and ingredients on the growth of Lactobacillus was not obvious, only 10% Flos Lonicerae runny paste had certain inhibitory effect. 10% Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scrophulariae and Kouyanqing had significant in- hibitory effect on Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus mutans. 5% and 10% aspartate Ophiopogon japonicus extract could promote the growth of Bifidobacterium. Conclusion Kouyanqing and its ingredients have obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus mutans while no obvious inhibition on Lactobacillus, some ingredients of which can promote the growth of Bifidobacterium.
