城市公共自行车系统之研究——以台北的微笑单车为例

The Study on Urban Public Bicycle System: A Case Study of U-Bike Rental System in Taipei

在低碳、环保、永续发展等理念的背景下,大众运输越来越受到城市市民的青睐。城市公共自行车系统作为大众运输的重要组成部分,在短程接驳、站间换乘以及休闲旅游中发挥着巨大的作用。以台北市政府所推动U-bike自行车租借系统为例,说明凭借城市公共自行车系统的发展,提供全体市民一个方便且迅速的替代型公共交通工具。同时,这项工具除了适当地疏解城市交通的拥挤问题之外,也成为市民平时休闲、游憩与运动的重要使用工具。

In the context of low-carbon, environmentally friendly, sustainable development concept of urban, public transportation is favored by more and more people of al ages. As an important part of public transportation, urban public bicycle system plays a huge role in the short-range connection, the transfer station and the leisure tourism. This paper takes Taipei’s urban public bicycle system, U-bike, as an example, ilustrating that by developing urban public bicycle system, U-bike bicycle wil become an alternative means of public transportation which is convenient and rapid for the residents in Taipei as wel as in other cities of China.
