摘要
机动车数量的不断增加和频繁出现的停车问题,让我们意识到停车场充分利用的重要性,越来越多的学者开始对停车诱导系统(GPIS)进行研究。本文提出了一种针对用户的停车场选择模型,该模型建立起了那个停车成本最低和停车安全性最高的双目标函数,停车安全性采用层次分析法进行评估。并利用遗传算法对模型进行了求解。最后运用衡阳市解放大道附近用户停车选择实例,证实了该模型的有效性。
The number of motor vehicles is increasing and the frequent parking problems,let us realize the importance of full use of parking field,more and more scholars begin to parking guidance system(GPIS) study.This paper presents a user specific parking choice model,the model is established that stop the lowest cost and parking safety double high of the objective function,parking safety uses AHP to evaluate. And the model is solved by genetic algorithm. Finally,the use of the liberation of Hengyang city near the road user parking choice of examples,confirmed the validity of the model.
