一起断路器跳闸回路典型缺陷分析及处理措施

摘要 本文介绍了某220k V变电站内#2主变压器变高开关在定期检验过程中,由于压力降低禁止跳闸接点的设计错误导致开关跳闸回路存在缺陷,分析了缺陷原因并对同类型回路的设计缺陷进行了彻底处理。经过现场分析和模拟试验,验证了判断、分析和问题处理的正确性,并对二次回路提出来实用的改造方案,对其他有类似问题的变电站有一定的借鉴作用。 This paper introduces a 220kV substation main transformer high switching in #2 during the regular inspection,because the pressure reducing design errors led to prohibit trip contact switch tripping circuit defects,analyzes the defect cause and design defects to the same type of loop carried out a thorough treatment.After field analysis and simulation test,verify the judgment,analysis and problem solving is correct,and the two circuit proposed reconstruction scheme and practical,has the certain model function to other similar problems of substation.
