本文通过对卷烟机现有盘纸动态搭接工艺的描述,对卷烟机盘纸浪费的成因进行分析,通过对卷烟机盘纸搭接机构的机械与电气改进,提出了一种盘纸盘纸静态搭接的工艺办法,有效减小了盘纸的头部、尾部与不合格滤嘴的浪费,为企业节省大量盘纸,降低了车间的原材料费用。

In this paper,based on the existing cigarette machine paper plate dynamic lapping process description,analysis of the causes of paper waste disk cigarette machine,through the cigarette making machine paper plate lapping mechanism of mechanical and electrical technology was put forward measures for improvement,a disk tray paper static lap,effectively reduce the paper disc head,tail and unqualified filter waste,for enterprises to save a lot of paper plate,reduces the cost of the raw material workshop.
