摘要 美国教师专业发展学校(PDS)是由大学教育学院与一所或多所中小学合作,融教师职前培养、在职培训和学校改革为一体的学校形式,是经过重新设计和调整,具有多重功能的合作伙伴关系。其组织特性主要体现了系统化、人性化、组员化三大特性。PDS是大学和中小学获得"双赢"的一种成功的合作形式,为我国教师教育改革提供了很有价值的启示:师范院校应与中小学合作、建立稳定的教育实习基地,教师教育改革与基础教育改革联系起来提高教育质量,教育理论与教育实践的沟通必须在理论主体与实践主体的"对话"中实现,教师专业发展要坚持一体化和终身化的原则。 The American Professional Development Schools partnership between a teachers college/school of a university (PDS) is a school with multiple functions of cooperative and one or several elementary/secondary schools in USA. It integrates pre-in-service teacher preparation, in-service teacher training and school reformation into one unity. There are three organizational characteristics in the PDS, which are systematization, humanization and team members. The PDS is a successful win-win example of university and school cooperation. It has offered some enlightenment for our teacher education and basic education reformation in China. Normal universities should cooperate with elementary and secondary schools, and establish a relatively stable base for educational practice. Through this combination of teacher education reform and basic education reform, teaching quality can be improved, and only through the dialogue between theoretical subject and practical subject, can we link up educational theory and educational practice. Teacher professional development should adhere to the principle of integration and lifetime.
