摘要
社区学习团队作为推动社区教育工作的重要抓手,能够有效地增强社会活力,提升社区教育机构的服务能力,整合多方资源,满足不同人群的不同学习需求。从社区学习团队的内涵出发,以余杭区为例,从建立激励机制的实践角度,采用质性研究法,探析促发社区居民学习团队成长和管理的有效途径。
As an important tool of promoting the community education, the study team can enhance the social vitality effectively, improve the service ability of educational institutions, integrate various resources, and meet the learning needs of different people. This paper, starting with the connotation of the study team in a community, taking the incentive mechanism construction in Yuhang district as an example, explores the effective approaches to the growth and management of study team by means of qualitative approach.
