摘要
高职酒店管理专业"双导师制"育人模式是专业师资队伍建设的重要环节,其核心是学生同时从学校、企业得到理论与实践两方面的双重指导。实施过程中,应充分利用校企资源,组建双导师教学团队,实施奖励措施,确立保障机制,使校企双方均投入优质性人力、保障性物力与财力,对合作培育的学生质量承担相应的教育教学与日常管理责任,谋求校企生多赢的育人成效。
The education model of "double tutorial system" in hotel management major of higher vocational colleges is an important link of teaching staff construction. Its core is that students get double guides of theory and practice from schools and enterprises. In the process of implementation, the resources of schools and enterprises should be effectively used to establish double tutorial teaching team; incentive measures should be implemented, guarantee mechanism should be established, both of schools and enterprises invest high quality manpower, supportability physical and financial resources, and undertake the responsibility of corresponding educating and daily management for the quality of co-cultivated students, in order to seek multi-win educational effect among enterprises, schools and students.
