鼓室成形术后采用纳吸棉填塞的临床观察

Clinical observation of Naso Pore for tamping after myringoplasty

目的探讨纳吸棉在鼓室成形术后填塞中的临床应用价值。方法 55例行乳突根治/改良根治术+鼓室成形术的慢性中耳炎住院患者,随机分成两组,试验组28例采用纳吸棉材料填塞术耳腔;对照组27例采用明胶海绵及碘仿纱条材料填塞术耳腔。观察两组患者术后48 h内术耳疼痛情况及术后干耳时间。结果试验组与对照组患者术后48 h内术耳疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),评分分别(2.51±0.49)分与(3.24±0.69)分,干耳时间分别为(23.67±2.14)d与(25.92±1.79)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼓室成形术后应用纳吸棉填塞术腔能提高患者舒适度,减少抽取填塞物时对术耳的损伤,促进术耳康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of NasoPore for tamping after myringoplasty. Methods A total of 55 chronic otitis media patients undergoing radical mastectomy/modified radical mastectomy＋myringoplasty were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group with 28 cases received NasoPore for tamping, and control group with 28 cases received gelatin sponge and iodoform gauze for tamping. Condition of ear pain and postoperative dry ear time after 48 h of the two groups were observed. Results In 48 h after operation, the visual analogue scale （VAS） scores for ear pain of experimental group and control group were respectively （2.51 ±0.49） and （3.24 ± 0.69）, and the scores of dry ear were respectively （23.67 ±2.14）d and （25.92 ±1.79）d. The differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of NasoPore for tamping after myringoplasty can improve comfort degree, reduce damage by extraction, and promote rehabilitation.
