摘要
首先对井场发电机电效率自动监测系统进行了总体设计。然后以单片机作为主控制器,通过互感器将发电机输出的电压、电流信号转换为电能表允许的输入量程范围,实时监测发电机的输出电压、输出电流、有功功率、无功功率及电能等物理量。同时利用GPRS通信模块,将RS485总线读取的数据发送到指挥控制中心系统,可以绘制出各类电参量的实时运行曲线,并且和柴油发电机的流量计计量值相配合,计算出节能指标参数,即发电机的工作效率。
First, the automatic monitoring system of well site electrical efficiency is designed for the overall structure, and then single-chip being served as the main controller, the output voltage and current signal of the generator are converted to the allowing input range of the watt-hour meter by the transformers. And it can monitor the output voltage, output current, active power, reactive power, electric quantity of the generator in real-time and so on. The data which are read through the RS485 bus can be sent to the center by GPRS at the same time. And it can draw all kinds of curves of electric parameters in real-time. It also cooperates with the flow meter measurement value, calculates the energy saving parameter which is named the working efficiency of the generator.
