The Psychological Health Problems of Student Librarians of University Library under the Borderland Perspective

从边疆地区高校图书馆学生馆员的管理入手,分析了学生馆员的心理健康问题,探讨了产生学生馆员心理健康问题的原因,提出了解决学生馆员心理问题的对策,以期指导高校图书馆的学生馆员管理工作。

Starting from the management of student librarians of university libraries in border areas, this paper analyzes the psychological health problems of student libraries, probes into the reasons of the generation of student libraries＇ psychological health problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving student libraries＇ psychological health problems in order to guide the management of university libraries＇ student libraries.
