民国时期我国三级公共图书馆体系研究

Study on the Three-level Public Library System in the Period of Republic of China

我国近代公共图书馆在抗战爆发前已经积累了30多年的历史,深入研究分析我国公共图书馆事业在这段时间内的历史变迁情况,对于研究我国的图书馆学、图书馆史的意义重大。我国在民国时期展开的2次公共图书馆情况调查显示,我国在抗战爆发前已经初步形成了一个三级公共图书馆体系。深入探讨了该三级图书馆体系的职能分工、合作发展与交流情况。

The modern public library in China has accumulated more than 30 years of history before the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, carrying out an in-depth research and analysis on the historical changes of China＇s public library cause during this period possesses important significance on studying China＇s library science and library history. The two investigations into the public library carried out in the period of Republic of China explains that a three-level public library system had been initially formed in China before the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War. This paper deeply discusses the functional division, cooperative development and exchange of the three-level public library system.
