摘要
分析了图书馆创新发展面临的挑战,介绍了图书馆事业发展现状,指出图书馆只有树立5种意识(公共意识、服务意识、开放意识、协作意识、以人为本意识)才能推进自身的发展。
This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the library＇s innovation and development,introduces the development status of the librarianship, and points out that only by establishing five consciousnesses （including the public consciousness, service consciousness, opening consciousness, cooperation consciousness and people-based consciousness） can the library promote its own development.
