摘要
基于CNKI,对当前国内公共图书馆服务创新研究的基本情况进行了统计分析,重点阐述了对创新必要性、创新策略和管理创新3个维度的研究,以期不断推进公共图书馆的服务创新,提升用户信息服务质量。
Based on CNKI, this paper carries out a statistical analysis on the basic research status of domestic public library's service innovation, and emphatically expounds the research from three dimensions including the innovation necessity, the innovation strategy and management innovation in order to continuously promote the service innovation of the public library and improve the quality of users' information service.
