中国大学教师行为功利取向的发生机制——组织制度的视角 被引量:5

The Mechanism of the Utilitarian Orientation of Chinese University Teachers' Behavior——Base on the perspective of organization and institution

摘要 大学教师行为的功利取向在知识生产模式变革的环境下不可避免,这种取向是制度环境的产物,有着广泛深厚的合法性基础。大学教师行为的功利取向不能简单地归咎于大学教师的觉悟和思想道德水平,这种取向的存在更多地是在知识生产模式变革语境下制度环境的产物,是现行的知识生产制度注重知识生产的效率和结果所导致的,在很大程度上是近年来大学知识生产中的激励机制的强化所导致的非预期的结果。 The utilitarian orientation of university teachers' behavior in the transformation of the mode of knowledge production environment is inevitable, this orientation is the product of the institutional environment and it has a broad and solid foundation of legitimacy. The factors of the utilitarian orientation of university teachers' behavior. It is not only attributed to the university teachers' moral level, but the product of system and institution under the context of knowledge production system, production focusing efficiency and results of knowledge production as well. To great degree, it is the result of non expected of the strengthening incentive mechanism of knowledge production of university in recent years.
