高职院校内部治理具有共同治理、开放治理和分类治理等独特性。当前,外部环境不够完善、内部组织相对封闭、制度建设相对滞后等,影响着高职院校内部治理的科学水平。高职院校需要通过更新院校治理理念、优化院校组织结构、完善内部治理制度、提升内部治理能力和培育内部治理文化等方式,实现内部治理的独特性,强化院校内部治理,提高办学水平。

Internal governance of higher vocational colleges has unique characteristics of shared governance, open governance and classified governance. Currently, the scientific level of internal governance in vocational colleges is affected by some factors, such as the un-perfect external environment, the closed internal organization, the lagged system construction, and so on. Vocational colleges need to update the concept of governance institutions, optimize the organizational structure of institutions, improve the internal management system, improve internal governance and foster internal governance and culture, in order to realize the uniqueness of internal governance, strengthen internal governance institutions, improve the level of school running.
