摘要
为提升活性染料染色后苎麻织物的色牢度,采用二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂将聚氨酯预聚体扩链,所得产物两端的异氰酸酯基团(—NCO)经甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)封闭,制备HEMA改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,之后选用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与制得的聚氨酯乳液进行共聚,得到一种丙烯酸酯改性的水性聚氨酯固色剂.实验发现,当MAA用量24g,改性聚氨酯乳液的用量6.25mmol,反应温度80℃,反应时间80min时,所得共聚乳液对苎麻织物的固色效果最佳,尤其是湿摩擦牢度明显提升.
In order to improve the color fastness of ramie fabrics dyed by reactive dyes, polyurethane prepolymer was enlarged by dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and 1, 4-butanediol (BDO), isocyanate group(--NCO) of obtained product was reacted by hydroxyethyl methacry- late(HEMA) to give a water-borne polyurethane emulsion modified by HEMA. Then methyl methacrylate (MMA) is employed to copolymerize with obtained water-borne polyurethane e- mulsion to get an acrylate-modified aqueous polyurethane color fixing agent. The properties of color fixing for ramie fabric is optimum when the amount of MAA is 24g, modified polyurethane emulsion is 6.25mmol, copolymerization temperature is 80℃ ,and copolymerization time is 80min. The wet rubbing fastness is improves significantly.
