海斯摩尔纤维针织面料的设计 被引量:1

摘要 采用海斯摩尔纤维混纺纱(由10%海斯摩尔纤维,12%莫代尔纤维和78%棉纤维混合而成,细度为28.1tex),通过STOLL-CMS530-HP电脑横机编织出6种组织的海斯摩尔纤维针织面料,并测试了各组织面料的织物密度、厚度、织物缩水率等基本结构特征及透气性、保温性、吸水性等基本性能.结果表明,海斯摩尔纤维混纺纱适合开发纬平针组织、"1+1"满针罗纹组织、半畦编组织、畦编组织、罗纹半空气层组织和罗纹空气层组织等6种组织的针织面料. Hismer fiber blended yarn (it is made of 10% Hismer fiber, 12% modal, 78% cotton fiber, and its linear density is 28. 1tex) is used for designing and knitting knitted fabrics of six kinds structures through STOLL-CMS530-HP computer flat knitting machine. Then the basic structure characteristics of all the fabrics are tested,including density, thickness and shrinkage. And other basic properties are measured, such as air permeability, thermal insulation and water absorption. The results show that Hismer fiber blended yarn is suitable for the development of weft plain stitch, 1+1 full needle rib, cardigan, half cardigan, rib air layer switch,and half rib air layer switch of knitted fabrics.
