DCS系统是各种工业应用中的主要控制系统,对系统的可靠性性要求很高,通常在系统出厂前都要进行DCS系统的工程测试。常规的工程测试无法满足信号的多样性输入输出处理和闭环测试等,且测试效率低,因此设计开发全功能测试台,可用于DCS系统的工程测试,并实现DCS系统的闭环测试,从而提高工程测试效率和测试质量。该全功能测试台在ECS-700系统中得到了成功应用。
