摘要
对矫直机伺服压下系统控制方法进行了研究,为了解决PID控制策略难以达到最优状态,且易出现较强的振荡和较大超调量等问题,作者在微粒群算法(PSO)的基础上,引入了混沌算法的优化思想,形成了一种新的混沌-PSO优化算法,并应用在PID控制器的参数优化上。通过MATLAB对新算法进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该优化算法对输入信号的动态响应快,系统超调量和调节时间减少,并且系统的抗干扰性及跟随性都有所提高,具有良好的控制效果,为矫直机的压下系统控制提供了一种有效可行的新型控制策略。
This paper stuides the method which used to controI the servo screwdown system of IeveIer,and mixes the PSO and Chaos optimization aIgorithm for soIve PID controI strategy difficuIt to achieve the optimaI state,and prone to strong osciI a-tions and Iarge overshoot and other issues,maked the Chaos PSO-PID,and use it to tune PID controI er parameters.SimuIa-tion the new aIgorithm by MATLAB.The simuIation resuIts show that the optimization aIgorithm for fast dynamic response of the input signaI,the system overshoot and settIing time is reduction,and the system' s anti-interference and foI ow resistance has improved,it has good controI effect.It provides an effective and feasibIe new controI strategies for servo screwdown system of IeveIer.
