摘要
随着社会的不断发展,越来越严重的交通拥堵给人们的出行带来诸多不便。开发出一套有效的智能交通系统用来缓解交通拥堵是很有必要的。利用图像传感器所拍得的图像信息与背景图像的对比,计算出该道路的车辆数量,通过测速线圈测得车辆经过的速度,再通过信息融合技术和相应的算法将两组数据融合处理,得出该道路的拥塞情况,通过GPRS网络将该拥塞数据反馈到交通指挥中心。
With the society deveIoping,more and more traffic jams bings incovenince.It is essentiaI to ease traffic jams by deveI-oping a set of effective inteI igent transportation system.in this paper,caIcuIate the number of vehicIe by the contrast be-tween street image and background image.measure the speed of vehicIe by speed measuring coiI,jugdes the congestion stituation through making two group of information fusion by information fusion and the aIgorithm.at Iast,and tansmits the congestion stutuation data to the traffic command center.
