摘要
针对在线实时检测和测量工业零件尺寸的问题,利用视觉技术建立一个的零件尺寸测量系统,采用简单高效的霍夫变换和亚像素技术实现对规则零件的非接触精密测量。尺寸测量过程包括图像采集、图像分析处理和结果输出。其核心算法是图像预处理、直线检测、圆检测和尺寸计算,详细介绍了利用霍夫变换进行直线和圆检测的方法。经研究可知,零件测量系统能实现工业零件的在线实时检测和尺寸测量,且具有速度快、实时性好、非接触、低成本等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
For the probIem of onIine reaI-time detection and the measurement of industriaI components size,this paper makes use of vision technoIogy to buiId a system of measurement of components size,and uses a simpIe and efficient technoIogy of Hough transform and sub-pixeI to achieve precise and non-contact measurement of parts.The size measurement incIudes image acquisition,image process and resuIts output,which introduces methods of Hough transform to detect Iinear and circu-Iar in detaiI.Its core aIgorithm is image preprocessing,Iinear detection,circIe detection and sizing.
