摘要 脑卒中是严重危害我国中老年人生命与健康的主要疾病,但其二级预防的落实状况亟待改善。物联网技术在家庭健康监测和远程医学中的应用,以及云计算的普及有助于缺血性脑卒中的早期识别,为卒中高危患者提供了智能化、人性化、预防性的医疗健康服务。本研究提出构建基于物联网与云计算的缺血性脑卒中早期识别预警的健康管理模型,探讨其内涵、构建思路及研究内容,从而为其健康管理提供参考和借鉴。 Stroke is a major disease which causes serious damage to life and health in China. Its secondary prevention should be improved. The application of the Internet of things in the domestic health monitoring and remote medical care and the popularity of cloud computing facilitate the early recognition of ischemic stroke and provide patients at high risk of stroke with intelligent,humanistic and preventive medical and health services. This study proposed a health management model of ischemic stroke's early recognition based on the Internet of things and cloud computing and investigated its connotation,construction concept and research contents,in order to provide references and experience for the health management of ischemic stroke.
