The author studied on the tools, processes, structural categories, themes and cultural features of Scissor-Cut Art of Longhui,revealed the heavy cultural foundation and unique regional characteristics of Longhui Scissor-Cut Art, which was expected to protect and transmit the Longhui Scissor-Cut Art.
