笔者是美国卡罗·约翰逊园林规划设计事务所(CRJA)的创始人和美国早期女风景园林师的代表。用朴实的语言介绍了自己从事风景园林行业的缘由、历程和难忘的项目,并指出女性能给风景园林行业带来特殊的视角,从而丰富园林景观和生活,并希望中国的女风景园林师能从自己的经历中获得启迪。

As the founder of Carol R. Johnson Associates（CRJA） and the outstanding representative of the early generation of women landscape architects in USA, Carol R. Johnson used simple language to introduce the reason, experience and memorable projects in her landscape architecture career. She believes women can bring to landscape architecture a special point of view which enriches the landscape and the lives of all, and she hopes that Chinese women landscape architects can gain enlightenment from her experience.
