基于社区参与的文化景观遗产可持续发展思考

Sustainable Development of Cultural Landscape Heritage Based on Community Participation

随着遗产保护理论的发展演变,可持续发展战略逐渐成为引领当前遗产保护与利用领域的重要理论依据。首先从可持续概念与内涵出发,探索影响文化景观遗产可持续发展的构成要素,再论证社区在文化景观遗产可持续中的重要性以及所承载的责任,指出保障社区利益是遗产保护的重要组成部分,也是实现遗产整体可持续发展的重要环节。社区参与是体现社区意愿和为社区争取权益的有效机制,是遗产地可持续发展的必要条件。结合我国文化景观遗产在社区参与上存在的问题提出应对策略。

With the evolution of sustainable development theory, the sustainable development strategy has gradually become the mainstream theories in the field of heritage conservation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the probable aspects which would impact the sustainable development of cultural landscape heritage based on the concept and intension of sustainable development. Secondly, it points out that ensuring the legal rights of community inhabitants should be one of the most important parts in the process of heritage conservation, which also plays an important role in the sustainable development of cultural landscape heritage. Then, it is persisted that community participation is an effective mechanism which could reflect community aspirations and interests of the community. Community participation is also a necessary way to build a sustainable developed cultural landscape heritage. At last, according to the existing problems on community participation in cultural landscape heritage in China, it tries to figure out proper suggestions.
