摘要
本文以北京市朝阳区为案例,通过文化创意企业的数据分析,概括文化创意产业的城市空间布局的主要特征,表现为:中小企业为主体的产业构成对集中的城市空间需求不显著,产业聚集与地区发展程度密切相关,重要功能单元对产业聚集有着显著影响,低成本地区对生产类文化创意产业的吸纳现象明显,此外政策对产业空间分布也有着重要作用。朝阳的案例表明对文化创意产业空间布局的主要影响因素包括地区发展水平、产业链上的重要功能单位布局、空间成本,上述因素在市场环境和政策干预的综合作用下,影响产业的城市空间布局。在对现有空间政策反思的基础上,本文提出对文化创意产业的空间引导政策是对市场机制的补充,应针对少量待发展的特定地区,使得政策运用更为有效。
This article summarizes the characteristics of urban spatial layout of cultural and creative industries in Chaoyang District of Beijing by analyzing the enterprise data. The characteristics are as follows: inconspicuous demand for massive concentrated urban space from small and medium-sized enterprises, the close relationship between industrial cluster and the urban development level, the significant impact of vital fictional unit on industrial cluster, the phenomenon that cultural creative industry of production type gathers in low rent districts, and the impact of policies on the industry distribution. The Chaoyang case indicates that the key factors, including the level of local development, the location of the key units in the industrial chain and rent, affect the distribution of cultural and creative industries under the mutual influence of market and policy. Rethinking the cluster promoting policies, this article proposes that the policies, as the complementary part for the market mechanism, should narrow to some speciifc district to make sure its efifciency.
