摘要
研究整个站场内区域性阴极保护的运行状况,包括恒电位仪、保护电位、阳极井接地电阻。分析得到轮南集油站内罐底板网状阳极保护方式所需保护电流较小,由于轮南集油站两条出站管线没有安装绝缘法兰所以造成区域阴极保护的负荷较大。1号到6号阳极井的接地电阻都比较小,说明6个阳极井的气阻现象不严重,阳极井工作正常。轮南集油站阀组区内增加了牺牲阳极辅助保护减轻屏蔽效应,使储罐阀组区管线也能得到有效的保护。罐底网状阳极能有效避免保护电流对其他金属结构产生干扰。所以最好在场站设计时同时考虑区域阴极保护的设计,应尽量采用罐底板网状阳极的方式,对于未能达到有效保护的位置,可以增加了牺牲阳极辅助保护。
The operation of the regional cathodic protection system in the gathering station is studied, including the potentiostat, protection potential and anode grounding resistance. It is concluded from analysis that the protection current for the mesh protection of tank bottom plates in Lunnan Oil Gathering Station is .small. Whereas, the regional cathodic protection load is larger because no insulation flanges have been installed on the two outlet pipelines of the Lunnan gathering station. The grounding resistances of #1 - #6 anode wells are relatively small, indicating that the gas resistance of 6 anode wells is not serious, and anode wells are in normal operation. The valve group area of Lunnan gathering station is provided with auxiliary sacrificial anode protection shielding effect to effectively protect the pipelines of the tank valve group area. The tank bottom anode can effectively prevent the interference of protection current for other metal mesh structure. Therefore, it is good take regional cathodic protection design into consideration in the design of the tank terminal, and tank bottom plate reticulated anode should be maximally applied. For the locations which have not been effectively protected, the sacrificial anode protection and auxiliary protection can be added.
