摘要
针对酸水汽提装置回流系统中各设备和工艺管线腐蚀情况及腐蚀特征,从设备运行环境、回流凝液组成以及设备材质三方面剖析了回流系统中各设备腐蚀的原因,其中温热环境下多种腐蚀成分并存和设备冶金质量差引起局部应力大是产生腐蚀的两个主要原因。在防腐蚀实践方面,从工艺操作、材质防腐蚀两方面提出了五点对策和建议,经实践检验取得了很好的防腐蚀效果。最后从设备制造工艺、新型耐蚀材料研发以及新型防腐生产工艺三个方面对未来防腐工作进行了展望。
Based upon the corrosions and corrosion characteristics of equipment and process pipelines in the reflux system of the sour water stripping unit, the corrosion causes of equipment in the system are analyzed in respect of operating conditions, compositions of reflux effluent and equipment materials. The co - existence of multiple corrosive components in hot environment and poor equipment metallurgy which results into large local stress are the two major causes of corrosion. Five corrosion prevention and control measures and recommendations are presented in respect of process operation and material corrosion protection. Good corrosion prevention results have been achieved in commercial corrosion prevention practice. It is recommended that the future corrosion prevention activities shall be mainly focused on the research and development of new equipment manufacturing processes and new corrosion -resistant materials as well as new anti -corrosion production.
